One of the most commonly missed or cancelled appointment in a dental practice is the 6 monthly hygiene recare appointment. That’s because the patients generally don’t feel the need nor urgency for it. Dental practice owners are sometimes unaware that more than 40% of patients don’t come back for this regular appointment. Implementing the teachings of this unique strategy will solidify that this leak is tightened and that more than 90% keep their appointment.
